We would like to inform you that every time Otis is contacted regarding elevator issues, a cost of between SEK 1,500 and 3,000 is incurred. For example, in the most recent invoice dated July 9, it was stated that “The elevator is out of service”. However, when the technician arrived, it turned out that the elevator was functioning as normal.
To avoid unnecessary costs, we therefore kindly ask that you always contact ARC first, so they can assess whether Otis needs to be called. An exception naturally applies in emergency situations, such as if you become stuck in the elevator – in that case, please use the emergency button inside the elevator.
The big elevator in number 35 will be fixed as soon as possible, it is turned off because its fire safety function doesn't work as expected.
